Dr. Moore and her staff are fantastic. They treat you like family from the time you walk in until you leave. Multiple reminders before your appointment so you do not forget or if you need to reschedule the process is extremely easy. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Moore is a compassionate provider and has given the highest level of care to my daughter for the past 13 years. I treated children at one time in my career and can attest to her excellent level of care.

My 3 year old didn’t have a great experience the first time somewhere else. But once’s we came here the staff took him right in and so did Dr. Moore and made him feel safe. They also got him in pretty fast!

I have never met someone who loves their job more! The patience the entire team showed towards my child and tenderness, is something I’ll forever be so grateful for!

Son came for cleaning and no new cavities! Staff is always very friendly and reassuring! Highly recommend!! We have been taking him here the last 4 years. No complaints ever! 🙂 He loves the play area with the toys.

The absolute BEST dentist!!! I take my kids to the one on University and the staff at that location is incredible!! They are all so sweet to my babies every time we go, and they make it such a good and fun experience for them! My kids love going to the dentist thanks to them and we won’t go anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

We love Dr Moore she was so kind and knew about my daughter’s conditions also. Great staff. And super fast too! We are big fans after just moving here and finding this office!

Dr. Thomas is always so kind and genuine when he comes to talk to me about my children. My kids have been going there since they were toddlers, and they absolutely love Dr. Thomas.

I was quite impressed with how the hygienist(s) worked with my daughter who is autistic. They were very kind and very patient and they never gave up. My daughter had her first actual cleaning thanks to all their efforts that we haven’t had with other dentists. And Dr. Thomas is lovely! We’re so blessed to have found this facility.

My teenager always has a great experience here. She’s been traumatized by other offices but she’s never had an issue at Thomas and Moore. I wish we would’ve found them sooner.

Thomas & Moore dentistry took care of my son who was 2 hours away living in a dorm environment, made him feel confident, cared for, at ease and above all like family in a city in which he didn't know very well. my son is growing up and won't be able to continue using them but I wished he could ! Thomas & Moore, "job well done", and keep your standard of care because that's something that is lacking in so many business's. Highly recommend! We were taken back right away with very little wait time despite scheduling last minute. Brought my 5 year old in and as soon as he saw toys in the waiting room he was no longer afraid. He was happy and comfortable the entire time.

They are super friendly and welcoming! They explained everything well to me and to the kids about what was going on and what they were going to do. The whole appointment went smoothly and I am more than happy that I chose them to be our kids pediatric dentist

We love Dr. Thomas and Dr. Moore! The University location will always be our go-to! Everyone there always makes my girl feel so welcome, comfortable and loved! We tried the Saraland location, but they didn’t make us feel like the University location does & the doctor there wasn’t my favorite.

Absolutely the best Dentist office I’ve ever been to. Everyone was super friendly. Dr. Thomas thoroughly explained my child’s needs and treatment plan. My daughter was terrified walking in but left excited with no fear of the dentist. 💛

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and so kind, which made the entire visit stress-free for both parent and child. The office is clean, fun, and clearly designed with kids in mind. A special shoutout to the hygienist, Suzanna — she was absolutely wonderful! She was gentle, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my child feel comfortable and confident. Her calm and friendly approach truly made all the difference and turned what could have been a scary appointment into a positive one. We couldn’t be happier with the care we received and highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a fantastic pediatric dentist. We will definitely be coming back

We had a great experience bringing my son in for his dental cleaning. From the moment we walked in, the staff and doctors were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made my son feel comfortable and at ease, which really means a lot as a parent. I especially want to highlight how amazing Carina was. She truly went above and beyond—so kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and genuine care made the entire experience even better. We’re very happy with the care we received and would absolutely recommend this dental office to other families.

Such a great staff and great office. Everyone there is always smiling and so welcoming. Carina is one of the sweetest ladies in office and always greats us with a smile and make the little ones happy and want to come back.

I truly cannot recommend Dr Moore and her staff enough. I drove almost an hour to see her and it was worth every minute. It was our first visit and she treated my daughter like her own. Truly loved on her the entire time! We are so appreciative for the staff, the kindness and going above and beyond to check on my girlie once she got her tooth pulled. We love this office and will continue to make the drive each time because they are THE best!

My sweet daughter was very timid and nervous about her treatment today. However, the staff was very patient and helpful to make my daughter feel comfortable!! The treatment was amazing 🤩 bc of Dr. Moore and staff!! My daughter got 3 treats for being an excellent patient! Yeah, probably one of the best dentist visit I’ve had!! Dr. Moore is amazing and has a heart of gold! Highly recommend!!

We love Dr. Moore and her staff! I highly recommend this office. Everyone is so professional from check-in to dental hygienist and check out. My daughter Aleigh Rae feels so comfortable with Dr. Moore. She always says Dr. Moore is so sweet, so pretty, and loves her lipstick! 😆

Absolutely the best! They are amazing with my little man! As a mom with a little that has ASD, it is hard to take your child to any appointment, but they made this visit so easy!
