Per my son, “He (Dr. Thomas) was gentle with my teeth, and all of the workers were nice.” My kids have gone there for years and seen both doctors, and I have been pleased.

We went to the university location and they made my babies feel so welcome right away! My youngest (ages 3 and 1.5) is very shy, and the staff were so wonderful he quickly came out of his shell. They all did fantastic explaining everything as well. I absolutely loved this office and highly recommend it!

My toddler fell and chipped a tooth on a Friday night. I called the office to leave a message expecting to hear back on Monday. I received a text and call from Carina. She really put me at ease! You can really tell these people love their jobs and truly care about their patients.

Dr. Moore and her staff are fantastic. They treat you like family from the time you walk in until you leave. Multiple reminders before your appointment so you do not forget or if you need to reschedule the process is extremely easy. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Moore is a compassionate provider and has given the highest level of care to my daughter for the past 13 years. I treated children at one time in my career and can attest to her excellent level of care.

My 3 year old didn’t have a great experience the first time somewhere else. But once’s we came here the staff took him right in and so did Dr. Moore and made him feel safe. They also got him in pretty fast!

I have never met someone who loves their job more! The patience the entire team showed towards my child and tenderness, is something I’ll forever be so grateful for!

Son came for cleaning and no new cavities! Staff is always very friendly and reassuring! Highly recommend!! We have been taking him here the last 4 years. No complaints ever! 🙂 He loves the play area with the toys.

The absolute BEST dentist!!! I take my kids to the one on University and the staff at that location is incredible!! They are all so sweet to my babies every time we go, and they make it such a good and fun experience for them! My kids love going to the dentist thanks to them and we won’t go anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

We love Dr Moore she was so kind and knew about my daughter’s conditions also. Great staff. And super fast too! We are big fans after just moving here and finding this office!

Dr. Thomas is always so kind and genuine when he comes to talk to me about my children. My kids have been going there since they were toddlers, and they absolutely love Dr. Thomas.

I was quite impressed with how the hygienist(s) worked with my daughter who is autistic. They were very kind and very patient and they never gave up. My daughter had her first actual cleaning thanks to all their efforts that we haven’t had with other dentists. And Dr. Thomas is lovely! We’re so blessed to have found this facility.

My teenager always has a great experience here. She’s been traumatized by other offices but she’s never had an issue at Thomas and Moore. I wish we would’ve found them sooner.

Thomas & Moore dentistry took care of my son who was 2 hours away living in a dorm environment, made him feel confident, cared for, at ease and above all like family in a city in which he didn't know very well. my son is growing up and won't be able to continue using them but I wished he could ! Thomas & Moore, "job well done", and keep your standard of care because that's something that is lacking in so many business's. Highly recommend! We were taken back right away with very little wait time despite scheduling last minute. Brought my 5 year old in and as soon as he saw toys in the waiting room he was no longer afraid. He was happy and comfortable the entire time.

They are super friendly and welcoming! They explained everything well to me and to the kids about what was going on and what they were going to do. The whole appointment went smoothly and I am more than happy that I chose them to be our kids pediatric dentist

We love Dr. Thomas and Dr. Moore! The University location will always be our go-to! Everyone there always makes my girl feel so welcome, comfortable and loved! We tried the Saraland location, but they didn’t make us feel like the University location does & the doctor there wasn’t my favorite.

Absolutely the best Dentist office I’ve ever been to. Everyone was super friendly. Dr. Thomas thoroughly explained my child’s needs and treatment plan. My daughter was terrified walking in but left excited with no fear of the dentist. 💛

My baby has always had the worst anxiety when it comes to anything medical or dental related but they took the best care of my hunt man and kept him comfortable. He had to get a tooth extracted and he didn’t even realize until after they were done and Dr.Moore told him he was getting a visit from the tooth fairy. Definitely recommend them all of the girls are absolutely amazing. 🤍

We are patients of another local dentist. We had an emergency, and our dentist told us to go to the ER . Dr. Moore accepted us with open arms and handled our issue without any questions! Big props! We will be switching to Dr Moore!!

Dr. Thomas and his entire staff are the sweetest. The hygienist was so patient and gentle for my son’s first dental appointment, and of course Dr. Thomas is just hands down the best. I wouldn’t even consider taking my child anywhere else.

We recently switched to this dental office for our 10-year-old, and we absolutely love it. The entire team was kind, patient, and made the experience comfortable from start to finish. We’re so glad we found them and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
