Thomas and Moore exceeded our expectations in every way.

This was our twins’ first dental visit, and they left absolutely thrilled. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—there was a personalized "Welcome New Patients" sign outside the front door with our children’s names on it, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Inside, the reception area featured a small toy room that immediately caught the twins’ attention. The receptionists were warm, helpful, and kept me on track with the digital paperwork. We were called back quickly for the cleaning and were pleasantly surprised by the open, friendly layout of the exam area, with several dental chairs spaced comfortably apart. A large TV played cartoons in the background, and there was a coloring station that kept the kids entertained.

The entire staff was fantastic with the twins—from the cleaning to the X-rays, they were patient, kind, and engaging. When we met Dr. Thomas, he was an absolute delight. He explained everything clearly and made both me and the kids feel at ease. While I spoke with him, another staff member kept the twins happily occupied and even gave them a fun "go-home" bag with a toy, toothbrush, and toothpaste.

From start to finish, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. I’m so glad we found Thomas and Moore!
