We had an amazing experience at this pediatric dentist office! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and so kind, which made the entire visit stress-free for both parent and child. The office is clean, fun, and clearly designed with kids in mind.
A special shoutout to the hygienist, Suzanna — she was absolutely wonderful! She was gentle, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my child feel comfortable and confident. Her calm and friendly approach truly made all the difference and turned what could have been a scary appointment into a positive one.
We couldn’t be happier with the care we received and highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a fantastic pediatric dentist. We will definitely be coming back

We drove all the way from Pensacola and we are so grateful for dr. Katherine Rodriguez she and her team was so patient with me and my son! He is very medically complex and they did everything right! I will be sticking all my kids to Thomas and Moore!

I called to schedule an appointment for my child. She was experiencing some discomfort and we thought it may be a wisdom tooth trying to come in. They were able to see her the very next day! Turns out, she needed a cavity filled. They were able to do the filling right then and now she’s perfectly pain free! Customer service, patient experience, and communication were top notch!

We had a great experience bringing my son in for his dental cleaning. From the moment we walked in, the staff and doctors were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made my son feel comfortable and at ease, which really means a lot as a parent.

I especially want to highlight how amazing Carina was. She truly went above and beyond—so kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and genuine care made the entire experience even better.

Such a great staff and great office. Everyone there is always smiling and so welcoming. Carina is one of the sweetest ladies in office and always greats us with a smile and make the little ones happy and want to come back.

My children have always loved coming to see Miss Carina! She cares for patients in a way as though they were her own and for a mama, that is so important. There are never any tears at the dentist! Wonderful experience!!

This was the first dentist our son ever went to. He was nervous, of course, as were we. They were incredible with him. From the child friendly aesthetic, to the kind receptionist, and all the staff in the back working with him-they were patient and sympathetic to a nervous little one (and parents). The office was clean and inviting as well. Highly recommend!

The entire staff is amazing, we've always seen Mrs. Carina Johnson and she's been the best to my baby! Very gentle, patient, and calming. Will always use them and request her when available! 10/10

Dr. Moore and her staff provided excellent care to our 3 year old grandson who fell and injured his front tooth. We appreciate the medical care and compassion as they treated him so gently and kindly. I highly recommend this dental practice for any child!

I have one daughter who has autism and the other is a heart patient. The staff is fabulous with both girls. Dr. Moore is patient with the girls. She is thorough when explaining how the appointment went.

My children have seen Dr. Thomas for the last 17 years. He is excellent. When my youngest needed his tonsils removed, it was Dr. Thomas who let us know. The entire office staff is thorough and efficient.

Dr. Moore was wonderful when my son had to unexpectedly have two teeth pulled. She and her staff stayed at the office after hours with us. They were so wonderful and had the best bedside manner.

My son had some dental work done and we saw Dr. Katie her and her assistants were absolutely amazing! They were beyond encouraging and comforting for my more then nervous child. Hands down the best care and service I could have asked for!

Dr. Moore, was absolutely amazing. I went to another office that we had a bad experience with. I came to this office defeated and so worried about my little boy. She was kind, confident, extremely helpful and trustworthy. My son felt safe and wasn’t fearful at all. Hes only 3. On top of the safety/kindness and security that he felt, I have to note that I was so concerned that his front tooth filling would be visible when he smiled. I actually am shocked at how natural the filling looks. My full trust and confidence is in this office. If you are looking at reviews hoping to give you an answer if you should or shouldn’t go somewhere- stop scrolling and just give them a call. You will not regret it. 🤍 Im so thankful for Dr Moore and her team. It was a 100/10 experience. 🤍🤍

I am so glad that I went out on a limb and chose to take my child to Thomas and Moore for her fist ever dentist appointment. Mrs. Meagan was extremely nice and professional. She included me in everything and explained things. Having a 4 year old with ADHD, can be extremely difficult but Megan handled it like a champ. Mr. Thomas was amazing too; Everyone in the office off of snow rd was super nice.

We had such a pleasant experience at this office! Katie did a great job with my almost 2 year old. The doctor was so friendly. The waiting area had fun toys to play with. We loved it!

I truly cannot recommend Dr Moore and her staff enough. I drove almost an hour to see her and it was worth every minute. It was our first visit and she treated my daughter like her own. Truly loved on her the entire time! We are so appreciative for the staff, the kindness and going above and beyond to check on my girlie once she got her tooth pulled. We love this office and will continue to make the drive each time because they are THE best!

My sweet daughter was very timid and nervous about her treatment today. However, the staff was very patient and helpful to make my daughter feel comfortable!! The treatment was amazing 🤩 bc of Dr. Moore and staff!! My daughter got 3 treats for being an excellent patient! Yeah, probably one of the best dentist visit I’ve had!! We love Dr. Moore and her staff! I highly recommend this office. Everyone is so professional from check-in to dental hygienist and check out. My daughter Aleigh Rae feels so comfortable with Dr. Moore. She always says Dr. Moore is so sweet, so pretty, and loves her lipstick! 😆

Absolutely the best! They are amazing with my little man! As a mom with a little that has ASD, it is hard to take your child to any appointment, but they made this visit so easy!
